Useful, simple, free training.
I got alot out of this course and actually felt more equipped to handle emergencies after completing it.

I took this course and then followed it up with a “Stop the Bleed” course. The in-person course was beneficial in getting brief, hands-on experience with wound dressing and tourniquet application. The Mountain Man Medical course was far superior, and a good step toward/supplement to the Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED course.

I have made it 3/4 of the way through so far and it is great so far! So full of info that I can go back to for review at any time. I think everyone that wants to be a protector should go through. Hands on is always best but this is great especially for a review for civilians that would like to help others in an emergency
