This pouch is designed to facilitate quick and easy access to medical shears and a C-A-T Tourniquet.
The pouch is made from 600D Oxford Polyester to ensure durability and protection from moisture. No tears or rips.
It attaches via molle straps to any compatible bag, case, vest, or plate carrier.
In addition, it includes belt straps and can be oriented vertically or horizontally.

I was concerned. They look pretty flimsy but I had an opportunity to cut up a pair of heavy cargo shorts. The shears blew through the material, seams and all. I think they will do the job.

Appears to be well-made; however, it will not fit my CAT gen 7 when staged according to the how-to video on this website (or any other intuitive method of folding). Very disappointing as I’ve not been able to find any other quick-access TQ/shears pouch. I’ll be going through a different website for a genuine NAR CAT pouch though unfortunately my shears will have to be located elsewhere. Better products and prices can be found on other websites. I won’t be purchasing any more products here – great marketing but that’s about it. Sorry, MMM.

Happy to refund you or exchange the product as I suspect the unit you received may be out of spec. You mentioned better prices can be found on other websites. I’d like to understand that as well as our kits are covered by a price guarantee. Any better price on a comparable kit and we’ll match it. This specific product, the TQ and shears pouch is unique to us. Nobody else has the exact product because we dictate all the specs to the manufacturer and while there may be things that are very similar ours are unique to us.

Very good product!! I currently installed it on my tool belt…but however I didn’t receive my shears with the pouch along with the tourniquet…Not sure how that happened but however I’m so greatful that I was able to purchase and obtain a tourniquet with all what’s going on. These products are becoming hard get.

Demetrius, the pouch doesn’t come with shears or a tourniquet. You ordered the pouch and a tourniquet. Shears are sold separately. If we failed to communicate that well or manage those expectations that is on us. I’ll review the product page and make sure that is better communicated.

The tourniquet/scissor pouch is a necessity to keep these tools ready for deployment in a emergency situation, the pouch is a little tight fitting the CAT tourniquet into but tolerable.
