Mountain Man Medical at the Carry Trainer S12 Conference

Mountain Man Medical will be at the Carry Trainer S12 Conference this year to assist with the trauma medicine classes!

This course kicks off between 4:30 and 7:30 PM on Wednesday, May 18th. Check out by 11 AM on Monday, May 23rd.

If you have been on the fence about this conference, or just need something to do, it’s not yet sold out. Come by and make sure to say hi.

This conference highlights combat pistol training for the armed civilians and professionals, and is instructed by former Special Forces and Navy Special Warfare on a private 430-acre retreat property near Nashville, Tennessee

Some of the topics being covered include:

  • How to shoot fast, accurate and with purpose (Live Fire) (1000 rounds of pistol needed)
  • Improving your Draw Speed (Live fire)
  • Building a plan to keep you and your family safe
  • Controlling a subject that does not require deadly force
  • Learn lifesaving medical skills from Special Forces medics and earn a national TCCC certification (Tactical Combat Casualty Care
  • Force on Force scenario-based training.

This event will also go into more depth about topics such as, training best practices; gear selection; legal and ethical use of force; surviving in any scenario and thriving in life and one that I am particularly interested in, physical fitness, longevity and health.

Physical fitness is one that is often left out of most training evolutions, and I think it is the second the most crucial element of combat after proper mindset.

This conference is on a whole new level than the conferences that you may have attended in the past…

Included with the cost of the stacked training package, bunk house lodging and an epic menu provided by award winning Chef Kent of Z’s Catering with amazing Colorado Craft Beef.

Added into everything else is an event shirt and patch and that chance to win prizes of custom guns, gear and apparel. Previous prizes have included: Custom Walther pistols, Polymer 80 pistols, Radian Weapons parts, Dry Fire Magazine, Vedder Holsters, Ameriglo Sights, SUPER VEL ammunition, Steel Targets by TA Targets, Safariland gear, Vertx bags, Gift Cards for Free Carry Trainer Classes.
